公司举行2010年-2011年度导师带徒合同评审

为加强青年技术人才的培养，督促青年学技术、钻业务，检验导师带徒学习效果，七公司“导师带徒”考核小组顺利完成了2010年-2011年度签订师徒合同评审工作。

9月28日，按照公司文件要求，由该公司团委、人力资源部、企管部、宣传部、技术中心、工程部、财务部等部门负责人组成的“导师带徒”考核小组，从去年签订的近50对导师带徒合同中，对完成自评的30对师徒合同，从日常教学、理论考试、技术业务水平等方面进行评审，给出综合评定，最终6对师徒被评为优秀。

近年来，该公司对于导师带徒的考核工作高度重视，要求各职能部门、各基层项目站在公司长远发展的角度，将提高青工专业素质作为一项紧迫的任务来抓紧抓实，认真做好青年人才培养的长期规划，研究和落实好各项具体措施，积极为青年人的学习成长提供机会和条件。下一阶段该公司“导师带徒”领导小组将深入分析、查找原因、研究对策，有针对性地完善对“导师带徒”活动的管理、考核和监督，确保活动不走过场、取得实效，为公司可持续发展储备青年人才做出积极贡献。
